What is FII? https://nifty50.info/what-is-fii/ https://nifty50.info/what-is-fii/#respond Tue, 05 Nov 2024 12:20:34 +0000 https://nifty50.info/?p=5766 What is FII? Check Detailed Information

Foreign Institutional Investors are those investors who invest in the Indian share market but they are not from India but from other countries. Such investors are called FII. They can be investors in insurance business, mutual fund business or investors of any country. If FIIs invest in our country, it is very beneficial for the economic system of our country.

Investment by FIIs in a country determines the growth of that country. The more they invest, understand that the country is progressing that much. And if they take back that much money from your country, understand that the situation in the country is no longer stable or your country is not going to be stable in the future.

They say that before a ship sinks, mice flee from that ship, similarly when trouble comes FIIs take out their money from your country by selling their goods.

If any FII wants to invest in India, then that FII has to register itself with SEBI and has to follow all kinds of rules and regulations. The rules for them are also a little strict because they are not from India but from some other country.

Names of some top FII investors are Euro Pacific Growth Fund, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley.

What are the limits of FII in Indian share market?

  1. FIIs cannot invest more than 10% of their total investment in companies listed in the Indian share market.
  2. If FII wants to invest in a public sector bank, then the amount cannot be more than 20% of the paid-up capital of the bank.
  3. Foreign Institutional Investors cannot invest more than 24% of the paid-up capital in any Indian company.
  4. If individuals get permission from their shareholders, then maximum FII can invest up to 30%.

RBI 2000 Currency Note – 2% of the Reserve Bank notes still not recovered, where did the 7000 crore rupees go? https://nifty50.info/rbi-2000-currency-note/ https://nifty50.info/rbi-2000-currency-note/#respond Tue, 05 Nov 2024 12:11:48 +0000 https://nifty50.info/?p=5760 RBI 2000 Currency Note – 2% of the Reserve Bank notes still not recovered, where did the 7000 crore rupees go?

A lot of time has passed since the ban on 2000 currency notes by RBI, but till now only 98% notes have reached RBI and 2% notes i.e. about 7000 crore rupees are still with the people.

In the demonetization that happened in 2016, RBI had introduced the currency of 2000 rupees, but this currency was withdrawn in 2023, and the bank said that people can deposit their 2000 notes in the bank or can get it exchanged in the bank because this note is going to be banned now.

People think that if they have these notes now, they are useless, but even today you can go to any branch of RBI and exchange those notes. In such a case, this is a golden opportunity for those people who did not know whether they can still exchange these 2000 notes or not.

To exchange these notes, you have to go to RBI and also take a photocopy of your original Aadhaar card along with it. If this amount is more than 50,000 rupees then you will have to carry the original copy and photocopy of your PAN.

Suzlon Energy Share Exchange News The extra monitoring of the exchanges on the shares of Suzlon Energy has ended

Due to the continuous heavy ups and downs of the shares of Suzlon, this share was under the extra monitoring of the exchanges, but now the exchanges have removed it from the monitoring and as soon as this news came, the share went up by 3%. So in such a situation, the thing is whether this share should be bought or sold at this time?

To know whether this share should be bought or sold, you should read the news below, it will be good for you.

……..

19-09-2024 – Suzlon Energy Investors News

Suzlon Energy Investors News – 110% return that too in just 6 months, now the target of 110 has been given, will the share of Suzlon go further?

After rising from Rs 8 to Rs 85, the question in everyone’s mind is whether the share of Suzlon will go higher or not. This is also because for the last 15 days the share has been hovering in the range of 85-75 and people are afraid that profit booking may come in this share now.

One more thing is worth knowing that the market value of Suzlon Company has now gone above 1 lakh crore, in such a situation will the company be able to maintain itself at this level or not. So in such a situation I believe that those who want to stay invested in this share for some more time can hold this share with a stop loss of 60 rupees.

There is no danger in this share, but this is the share market, there is no trust in it, in such a situation move ahead with a strict stop loss.
