The company has sent OTS proposal to 14 banks after the June quarter result. The consortium has approved OTS. Kotak was waiting for the approval letter.

Net Interest Income (NII) of Kotak Mahindra Bank has increased by 10% to Rs 6,842 crore as compared to Rs 6,234 crore in the same month last year.
